where I take up Odin's Runestones

Just a portion of the runes I "took up" this year. Thank you, Dear Yggdrasil. The word "rune" translates to "secrets" or "whispers" in Old Norse. May the powers of Odin's spells benefit us all.

In the Poetic Edda it is said that Odin sought the runes after seeing how the Norns carved them into the roots of Yggdrasil, the world tree, and wove the future.
