The new moon is here and so I write to you. Since I wrote you last time, Mom has declined to a new phase and hospice has placed her on a watch status as she is expected to die soon. We don’t know a lot. That is the hardest part. Trust is required. She is calm and comfortable and in a place she loves with people that she loves. And she is a brave and adventurous person and she will do this in her own way, as she has done everything else.
As I do with these new moon letters, I am posting my series of moon practices with this beginning of a lunation. I suggest you follow the moon’s trajectory through your life by pausing with each of its primary phases. The page that organizes it all has been updated with the dates for the next cycle. The pauses are how you take the reigns of time into your own hands and start to lead that chariot where you want it to go.
