First Quarter Moon here in Minnesota is December 19 at 12:39 pm. I am sending this letter at that time, at its least to be a reminder that a new moon phase is here, and the rest here is a bonus. These first quarter posts are to honor dream-time and the things of the night with owl as our guide.
